Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in integral Human Resources management, with at least 3 years leading HR areas within the Information Technologies, IT Consulting, or Managed Services industry.
  • Solid experience in IT talent management (developers, architects, cloud engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.) and understanding of the technology market.
  • Proficiency in managing personnel assignment to projects (Project Staffing), managing personnel on availability (Bench Management), and turnover in IT accounts.
  • Proven handling of large-scale enterprise HRIS/HRMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR, etc.) and People Analytics tools.
  • Deep knowledge of the Ley Federal del Trabajo, hiring schemes in the technology sector, and regulatory compliance (NOM-035, NOM-030, REPSE).
  • Experience designing retention strategies, career plans (skill mapping, IT certifications), and performance evaluation under agile methodologies (Scrum/OKRs).
  • Excellent leadership, executive communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and coordinate the Human Resources strategy for the technological business units, ensuring alignment with client deliverables.
  • Lead retention, engagement, and loyalty programs specific to technology professionals, minimizing turnover rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers and Tech Leads for capacity planning (resource planning), project assignment, and efficient bench management.
  • Supervise the execution of performance evaluations, technological skill maps (matrix skills), and training/certification plans in key tools.
  • Guarantee legal-labor compliance in contracts, benefits, and regulations applicable to IT services.
  • Analyze and interpret key human capital metrics (People Analytics: eNPS, turnover by skill, time-to-fill, occupancy) for strategic decision-making with management.
  • Act as a strategic business partner (HR Business Partner) facilitating change management and organizational culture in multicultural and distributed environments.
