Profile
- Education: Systems Engineering, Informatics, or related. (degree completed)
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years.
- English: conversational (ESSENTIAL)
Responsibilities
- Configuration, administration, and maintenance of document capture solutions using OpenText Captiva (InputAccel, CaptureFlow, Recognition, Release).
- Design and optimization of capture, classification, extraction, and document validation flows.
- Integration of Captiva with enterprise systems, document repositories, and internal applications.
- Development and adjustment of recognition rules, OCR/ICR, and data validation.
- Monitoring, analysis, and resolution of incidents related to capture and digitization processes.
- Implementation of improvements, updates, and patches in OpenText/Captiva platforms.
- Documentation of processes, configurations, and technical procedures.
- Collaboration with infrastructure, development, and business teams to ensure the correct operation of document flows.
Technical Requirements
- Verifiable experience working with OpenText Captiva (InputAccel, Recognition, Release).
- Knowledge in capture flows, OCR, ICR, classification, and data extraction.
- Experience in integrating Captiva with enterprise systems (APIs, web services, databases).
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems and service administration.
- Experience in log analysis, troubleshooting, and application support.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies for incident and change management.
- Desirable: experience with additional OpenText platforms (Content Server, Documentum, Extended ECM).
