Requirements
- Experience in Java application support.
- Knowledge of Java and ability to analyze code when necessary.
- Experience working with logs and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with APIs, web services, or integrations.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Experience with version control tools, preferably Git.
- Ability to analyze incidents and determine root causes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support for applications developed in Java.
- Analyze and resolve incidents in production environments.
- Perform troubleshooting of application errors, logs, and services.
- Identify root causes and follow up on recurring problems.
- Monitor applications and validate their availability and performance.
- Execute and validate deployment processes and changes in production environments.
- Work with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Database teams.
- Query and validate information using SQL.
- Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
- Comply with ticket handling processes, SLAs, and incident management.
- Participate in maintenance, improvement, and application support activities.
Desirable
- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
- Experience in high availability or critical production environments.
