Requirements and Experience

Education and Previous Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Informatics, Computing, or a related field (completed).
• Between 7 and 8 years of verifiable experience in mission-critical enterprise software development.
• Previous experience working in financial institutions, the banking sector, or highly regulated environments.
• Collaborative work experience in Agile methodological frameworks (Scrum / Kanban).

Required Technical Knowledge:

• Languages: Advanced development in Python and intermediate/advanced knowledge in Java.
• Database: Mastery of relational databases and SQL syntax.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Architecture & Integration: Design and consumption of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Tools & DevOps: Version control with Git and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows.

Objective and Responsibilities of the Position

• Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust applications, services, REST APIs, and microservices using Python.
• Infrastructure and Cloud: Implement and deploy solutions on Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
• Quality and Best Practices: Perform code reviews, execute unit tests, ensure compliance with CI/CD pipelines, and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Support and Maintenance: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents in development, testing, and production environments.
• Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Scrum/Kanban dynamics (Sprint Planning, Dailies, Reviews, Retrospectives) through task management in Jira.
• Technical Leadership: Contribute to the design of complex solutions autonomously and influence architectural decisions and best practices within distributed global teams.

Desirable:

• Official certifications in AWS, Azure, or related technologies.
• Management of project management tools such as Jira.
