Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related roles.
- Solid hands-on experience in:
- Python
- SQL
- PySpark
- Experience with data platforms in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Data Lake and Data Warehouse architecture.
- Experience with GCP technologies such as:
- BigQuery
- Dataproc
- Dataflow
- Dataplex
- Cloud Composer
- Experience in data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with relational databases such as:
- PostgreSQL
- SQL Server
- Oracle
- Experience in batch and/or streaming data processing.
- Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka and Google Pub/Sub.
- Experience or knowledge of Business Intelligence and visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines.
- Develop analytical datasets for reports, dashboards, and business decision-making.
- Design and support data platforms, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses.
- Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for data processing, storage, and orchestration.
- Integrate information from relational databases, NoSQL, batch, and streaming sources.
- Develop solutions using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- Implement and optimize batch and streaming processing processes.
- Guarantee data quality, security, scalability, and performance.
- Design and optimize data models and analytical queries.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to transform requirements into analytics solutions.
- Create technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.
- Participate in deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
- Optimize analytical workloads and processing of large volumes of data.
