About the company

At Horizonte, we are looking for a Senior Manhattan WMS Consultant with an advanced level of English to join global supply chain projects and the modernization of mission-critical distribution centers. The main objective of the position is to lead the design, configuration, integration, testing, and functional and technical support of the Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System platform, ensuring the optimization of warehouse operational processes, picking, inventory, and dispatch for large-scale corporate clients.

Your tasks

• Lead the configuration, customization, and functional and technical support of the Manhattan Associates WMS suite.
• Analyze and map warehouse and logistics business processes to translate them into design specifications and system configurations.
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases, end-to-end testing, and support for on-site operational validation.
• Collaborate on the integration of Manhattan WMS with enterprise planning systems such as SAP or Oracle, as well as with warehouse execution systems and material automation equipment.
• Resolve complex production support incidents, identifying root causes and proposing continuous improvements in workflows.
• Monitor and optimize key transactional flows, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, order picking, packing, consolidation, and shipping.
• Design and implement database queries for inventory data analysis, transaction auditing, and operational report generation.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary supply chain operations, development, and infrastructure teams across different geographic zones.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of verifiable experience working directly with Manhattan Associates WMS solutions in WMOS or Manhattan Active Warehouse Management versions.
• Solid experience in configuring warehouse parameters, allocation rules, picking, and dispatch strategies.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle projects of implementation, migration, or production support of Manhattan WMS.
• Advanced handling of SQL queries for relational database analysis, record extraction, and resolution of inventory data inconsistencies.
• Experience in integrating Manhattan WMS with ERP systems and enterprise messaging platforms through standard communication interfaces.
• Deep knowledge of distribution center and supply chain logistics processes in sectors such as retail, manufacturing, or mass consumption.
• Advanced English level
