Your tasks

Job Objective: Deploy, manage, monitor, and optimize infrastructure and workloads in the Microsoft Azure cloud, ensuring high availability, performance, process automation, and effective resolution of operational incidents through SRE and DevOps practices.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure following approved procedures and policies.
• Attend to and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues of resources in Azure.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), document findings, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrences.
• Manage backup/restoration operations, Virtual Machines (VM) resizing, operating system updates, and patching cycles.
• Configure and monitor alerts, dashboards, and performance reports in Azure Monitor.
• Guarantee compliance with security standards through the correct implementation of policies and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Actively participate in infrastructure automation using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Collaborate with application development, networking, and cybersecurity teams for timely fault resolution.
• Keep technical documentation of the infrastructure, support guides (runbooks), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date.

Requirements

Required Requirements

• Advanced conversational English (C1) mandatory.
• 4 to 5 years of verifiable experience working in administration, support, and cloud infrastructure with Microsoft Azure.
• Technical Mastery of Azure Services:
• IaaS workloads: Virtual Machines (VMs), Virtual Networks (VNets), Storage Accounts, Azure Key Vault, Load Balancers, and Azure Monitor.
• Azure Networking and Connectivity: Network Security Groups (NSG), User Defined Routes (UDR), VPN, and basic concepts of ExpressRoute.
• Identity and Access Control: Azure IAM, RBAC schemes, and Managed Identities.
• Backup and Continuity: Azure Backup & Recovery and Azure Site Recovery (ASR).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation: Hands-on experience in automation and declarative infrastructure with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Basic-intermediate handling of Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI/CD automation.
• Monitoring & Observability: Advanced use of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, alert configuration, and operational dashboards.
• Cloud Troubleshooting & Security: Diagnostic skills for problem resolution in VMs, performance bottlenecks, boot diagnostics, permissions, and network connectivity.
• Incident analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and preparation of technical documentation/runbooks.
• Application of security principles and best practices in Azure.

Desirable Knowledge (Good-to-Have)

• Official Certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) (highly desirable).
• Knowledge in containers and orchestration: Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Instances (ACI), and Azure Container Registry (ACR).
• Scripting for automation with PowerShell or Python.
• Knowledge in cloud cost optimization (Cost Optimization / FinOps).
