Financial Services Administrator (Apprenticeship)

Salary: Up to £24,000

We are working with a growing financial services business who are looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career within financial services, with the chance to gain valuable experience supporting Financial Planners and working directly with client information and financial products.

The Role

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the wider Operations and Financial Planning teams, helping to ensure clients receive a high level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Financial Planning team
• Prepare financial planning reports and client correspondence
• Liaise with providers to obtain policy and product information
• Assist with applications, fact finds and client documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
• Support new client onboarding and ongoing client communications
• Assist with general team administration and ad-hoc projects
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met
• Follow company compliance, confidentiality and FCA requirements

You will ideally have:

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• A willingness to learn and develop within financial services
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A professional and client-focused approach
• Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems

Previous financial services experience is not essential , making this an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to learn.
