Your tasks
- Handle flight bookings, ticketing, rebooking, and cancellations
- Process visa applications and school applications for clients
- Manage airline reservations using Amadeus or other reservation systems
- Advise clients on visa requirements, travel documentation, and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client requests
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and visa files
- Coordinate with airlines, embassies, and partners
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience as a Ticketing / Visa Officer
- Knowledge of Amadeus or other airline reservation systems
- Experience in flight bookings, ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, and visa processing
- Knowledge of visa and school application procedures
- Good communication, customer service, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
