Supervisor/ Maintenance Expert

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities and assigned staff. Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment. Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs. Identify and report faults promptly. Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks where qualified. Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are properly handled. Monitor cleanliness, safety, and general facility conditions. Coordinate with management regarding major repairs and maintenance needs. Keep basic records of maintenance activities. Ensure assigned duties are completed properly and on time. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues. Maintain discipline and professionalism among supervised staff.

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance, facility management, supervision, or a related role. Practical knowledge of general maintenance and repairs. Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic facility/equipment faults. Previous supervisory experience is an advantage. Must be hardworking, responsible, and technically inclined. Good communication and organizational skills. Must be physically fit and able to carry out practical maintenance duties. Must be disciplined, honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be willing to reside in the provided accommodation.
