Credit Officer

Responsibilities:

Generate quality leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them to active clients Conduct field visits, business assessments, and customer verification Assess credit applications and present recommendations to the credit committee Ensure prompt disbursement while maintaining portfolio quality Maintain strong customer relationships and post-disbursement support Analyze market trends and advise on product improvement Render periodic activity reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Marketing or related field 2-3 years in credit sales, micro-lending, or financial services *Required* Must have completed NYSC Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Good understanding of credit risk assessment and loan documentation Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in a performance-driven environment Familiarity with the D-Line/PH market and customer segments is an advantage

Remuneration: NGN  180,000 - 250,000
