Club Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club. Supervise, coordinate, and manage club staff. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily revenue. Manage stock and inventory levels. Coordinate staff schedules and shifts. Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally. Maintain discipline and professional standards among staff. Monitor the cleanliness, appearance, security, and general atmosphere of the club. Work with management to achieve sales and operational targets. Ensure club rules, policies, and safety procedures are followed. Prepare operational reports when required.

Requirements:

Must have proven experience in club management, nightlife, lounge, bar, or similar hospitality operations. Previous managerial or supervisory experience is required. Good knowledge of club and nightlife operations and customer trends. Strong leadership and staff-management skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Must be smart, confident, professional, and presentable. Ability to work under pressure in a busy nightlife environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be honest, responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy. Must be willing to reside in the provided accommodation.

Location: Warri, Delta State

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000 Monthly
