Your missions:
As a Tech Lead Fullstack, your main responsibilities will be the following for our clients composed of major accounts in the banking, insurance, and mutual insurance sectors:
- Supervise and support development teams.
- Design and think through implementation strategies: such as database architecture or contributing to project launch activities.
- Define the standards and patterns applicable to the project.
- Lead the development and configuration of new solution features with your team: implement the processes and tools necessary for code quality.
- Actively participate in the internal life of Capgemini: recruitment, animation of our communities (Software Engineers, DevOps), and supporting mentees through the role of Career Manager.
Your profile:
- Advanced mastery of Java, Angular, React technologies and their ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to technically supervise a fullstack developer team and to increase the skills of the project team.
- Fluent English
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and to work in a constantly evolving environment.
- Proven interpersonal skills and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
