YOUR ROLE

As an SAP HCM Manager at Capgemini, you will lead the implementation of SAP solutions in complex digital transformation programs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting clients in process evolution.

In this role, you will be a key element in the following activities:

• leading the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP HCM solutions in national and international contexts; advanced expertise, analysis, and implementation skills for the TM Calculation Schema; preparation and execution of test scenarios; knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
• coordinating project teams and managing relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring excellence in delivery;
• supporting clients in defining SAP evolutionary roadmaps and in functional and process choices;
• contributing to business development and the growth of team skills through mentoring and coaching activities.

YOUR CHARACTERISTICS

• at least 8 years of experience in SAP HCM with coordination and team management responsibilities
• knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• strong leadership skills and a client-oriented consulting approach
• good knowledge of English and availability for travel in national and international contexts
