Java / React and/or Angular Technical Lead (M/F)

Your missions:

As part of your missions, you will be required to use artificial intelligence tools to optimize processes, analyze data, and support decision-making. An appetite for innovative technologies and the ability to adapt to constantly evolving digital environments will be major assets.

• You will define the standards/patterns applicable to the project and implement the processes and tools necessary for code quality
• You will lead the development and configuration of new solution features with your team, and ensure code reviews
• You will write technical documentation and take charge of testing and integration
• You will supervise and support the development teams
• You will actively participate in the internal life of Capgemini: recruitment, animation of our communities (Tech Leads, Women At Capgemini, DevOps, RSE, Environment.), and supporting your mentees through the role of Career Manager.

Your profile:

• You are comfortable with and enjoy technical supervision
• You master back end technologies: Java and its ecosystem (spring boot, spring batch...)
• You master Front end technologies: React and/or Angular
• You enjoy client interactions
• You have a good level of professional English
• You are a technophile person, with a good capacity for adaptation
• Mastery of generative artificial intelligence technologies (e.g.: LLMs, automated content creation tools) and/or agentic systems (autonomous agents capable of planning and acting) is strongly desired to support our digital transformation.
