As an organizer of recruitment forums, Talents Handicap accompanies many companies & organizations in France in their recruitment of employees with disabilities. Currently participating in one of our forums, the company Capgemini is currently looking for profiles:

Your missions

• Contribute to project launch activities and define implementation strategies
• Design and plan the architecture of a database
• Define the standards/patterns applicable to the project and implement the processes and tools necessary for code quality
• Lead the development and configuration of new solution features with your team, and ensure code reviews
• Write technical documentation, and take charge of testing and integration
• Supervise and support development teams
• Actively participate in the internal life of Capgemini: recruitment, animation of our communities (Tech Leads, Women At Capgemini, DevOps, RSE, Environment.)
• Support your mentees through the role of Career Manager

• You master Java technologies and its ecosystem
• You are comfortable providing technical supervision
