Your missions

As a Fullstack Developer Tech Lead within a team, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative technical solutions, in close collaboration with the development team and project stakeholders
• Ensure code quality and the adoption of Java and Angular development best practices within the team
• Actively contribute to the development of our technological stack, while staying at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies
• Mentor and develop the technical skills of the development team
• Participate in defining system architecture and making strategic decisions related to technology

Your profile

Coming from higher education in computer science or a related field:

• You have significant expertise in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• You necessarily master the notions of development in the Java and Angular environment
• Your level of English allows you to understand and communicate effectively in an international context
• You have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• You are able to work autonomously within a technical team and to interact with all project stakeholders (client, provider...), in an agile Scrum context
• You are proactive and curious.
