Engagement Manager - Paris (M/F)

Your Missions

As part of your role as Engagement Manager, you are responsible for leading one or more projects or defined segments within a very large and complex project. Thus, you will be required to:

• Manage the contractual relationship with the client and act as the interface with Capgemini,
• Understand the functional and technical context of the project and the specific challenges of our clients,
• Intervene at the level of our clients' Steering Committees, on multi-site engagements,
• Guarantee the delivery of deliverables and services in accordance with specifications, while respecting contractual commitments, budget, and deadlines, in compliance with quality standards and by obtaining client satisfaction,
• Provide analyses and dashboards for your portfolio, team performance, and compliance with standards regarding tools and processes,
• Negotiate changes in project or service scope with the client and define realistic objectives while ensuring commercial profitability,
• Supervise and develop the technical and functional teams of the projects entrusted to you in front, near, and offshore,
• Lead the development of offers and commercial proposals that you will present to clients (sales, delivery) and identify growth opportunities.

Your profile

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or related fields:

• You have proven experience of more than 5 years in this role within an ESN,
• You have managed large-scale fixed-price application projects for more than 5 years,
• You possess proven managerial skills and develop the teams around you,
• You know how to manage the client relationship from end to end,
• Beyond your expertise in terms of quality/deadline management of your missions, you are accountable for your projects in terms of costs and not just Man/Days,
• Your level of English allows you to understand and communicate effectively in an international context,
• Initial experience in offshore delivery would be a real plus.
