Your mission

  • Master the different Siebel CRM environments (Siebel TOOLS > technical BC, VBC, Business Services eScript)
  • Participate in requirement gathering up to design / modeling.
  • Perform estimates and/or impact studies for application evolutions formulated by the Business
  • Validate the configuration and its settings, up to the realization of designs
  • Co-construct the solution (writing, design, integration of tools) and up to the animation of the CRM COE
  • Diversify your skills by intervening on other CRMs of your choice (Salesforces, Pega, Dynamics)
  • Choose your professional trajectory in management, but also in technical and/or functional roles

Your profile

  • Obtaining a Licence or Master in IT, and a first solid experience in a Siebel CRM environment
  • Master Siebel TOOLS (use of technical BC, VBC, Business Services eScript)
  • Work in a team
  • Lead workshops with the Business/MOA and interact with the Client.
  • Professional English.
