Senior Product Owner Assurance (M/F)

As a Senior Product Owner within a multidisciplinary team for our Insurance and mutual insurance clients, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Participation in scoping and requirement definition
• Conducting workshops with the client on functional and technical aspects
• Writing User Stories and/or functional and technical specifications; backlog management
• Configuration and development of interfaces, application features, and software packages in connection with developers
• Mentoring junior employees
• Participation in agile ceremonies (Sprint review, daily meeting, etc.), monitoring KPIs
• Supporting users and participating in change management

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or business (Master's degree ideally)
• Proven experience in IT projects within the insurance sector
• Knowledge of insurance software packages Guidewire / Kelia / FAAST / Prima / Cleva
• Ability to work in a team and to mentor others
• Good level of English (B2 minimum)
