Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect m/f (M/F)

Your missions: As part of our growth, we are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of high-performance and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Within our expert Salesforce teams, you will play a key role in defining the Salesforce architecture and aligning solutions with our clients' business challenges.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and analyze Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, integrating business, functional, and architectural challenges to guarantee their consistency and performance.
• Define, structure, and lead the information system master plan, ensuring the alignment of implemented solutions with the strategic roadmap and architecture standards.
• Play a key advisory and support role for our clients, guiding them in their technological choices and actively contributing to the success of their digital transformation.
• Supervise, lead, and develop the skills of a team composed of technical consultants and junior architects, embodying the role of a reference and mentor.
• Contribute to pre-sales phases, participating in the definition of target architectures, the development of technical proposals, and the promotion of our Salesforce expertise to clients.

Your profile: Proven experience of at least 6 years in solution design and architecture in large enterprise environments on Salesforce. Solid expertise in Service Cloud; knowledge of Revenue Cloud is a plus. Ability to define and design the vision and target architecture of the platform, to guarantee end-to-end consistency, and to secure the platform "by design". Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect. Adopt a leadership posture, capable of structuring and mobilizing teams through clear communication, impactful public speaking, and lucid analysis of situations, in service of collective success. English level allowing for effective understanding and communication in an international context.
