Python Engineer

We are seeking Python Engineers to develop and support automation solutions, backend services, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. The role focuses on building scalable Python-based applications, process automation capabilities, and integrations that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Successful candidates will work closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and platform teams to develop automation solutions, APIs, backend services, and integrations across enterprise systems, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation solutions and applications.
• Build automation workflows to support business processes and operational hand-offs.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations to support enterprise applications.
• Create custom Python components and integrations that extend enterprise platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Integrate Python services with Copilot Studio agents and other automation technologies.
• Support application testing, performance tuning, deployment, and production support activities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, utilities, and automation components to improve delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python development.
• Experience developing backend applications, APIs, and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and system integration patterns.
• Experience with software development best practices, testing, and debugging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or AI-powered solutions.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working with databases, messaging systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Exposure to financial services processes such as Loans, AML/KYC, onboarding, or operational workflows is advantageous.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
