Power Platform Engineer

We are seeking Power Platform Engineers to design, develop, and support business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. The role involves building low-code applications, workflow automation, AI-assisted solutions, and conversational agents to improve operational efficiency and support business transformation initiatives.

Successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to implement scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and support Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and system integrations.
• Develop Power Apps solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Configure and enhance Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered conversational experiences.
• Implement AI-assisted automation and orchestration solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies.
• Design and maintain Dataverse data models, relationships, and business rules.
• Support solution testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Implement and maintain security, governance, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls within the Power Platform environment.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across the Power Platform ecosystem.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience designing workflow automation and business process solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and data modelling concepts.
• Experience with Copilot Studio or conversational AI platforms.
• Understanding of solution design, integration patterns, and application lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing AI-powered automation and orchestration solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security models, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and enterprise integration technologies.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Exposure to financial services processes such as Loans, AML/KYC, onboarding, or workflow automation is advantageous.
