Low-Code Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Low-Code Engineer to support digital transformation initiatives by designing, building, and deploying business applications and process automation solutions. This role provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience in application development, workflow automation, and emerging digital technologies while working alongside experienced technology professionals in a collaborative environment.

Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals, relevant project experience, and a passion for technology are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support applications, workflow automations, and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies.
• Analyse business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement and digitisation, and translate requirements into practical low-code solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications, workflows, integrations, dashboards, data models, and reusable solution components with guidance from senior team members where required.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, bug fixes, enhancements, and operational support for deployed solutions.
• Support the implementation of ICT security, data governance, privacy, accessibility, and application lifecycle management requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to deliver quality solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and user guides.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of application development concepts, databases, data structures, user interface design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or work experience.
• Experience developing applications or workflow automations will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with workflows, business rules, user interfaces, user permissions, and basic data integrations.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with exposure to any of the following will have an advantage:

• Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure, Copilot, or related tools.
• Business application development, process automation platforms, data analytics tools, or enterprise software solutions.
• Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Databases such as SQL or NoSQL.
• Integration of applications through REST APIs.
• Source control tools such as Git.
• Agile delivery methodologies, application lifecycle management, or CI/CD practices.
• Microsoft certifications, internships, academic projects, hackathons, portfolio projects, or other relevant hands-on experience.
