The new operating model allows us to multiply our Data successes in industry at large, to massively accelerate on Data Marketing, and to develop data-driven operational transformations for Corporate functions, while continuing to lead the race on Data for Intelligent Industry in close collaboration with ER&D. The Data and Data Science communities are driven transversally at the firm level.

Intelligent Industry data & analytics:

Accompany companies in the design and implementation of industrial solutions through cutting-edge technologies, platforms, and industrial architectures, while ensuring integration, scalability, and time to market in complex industrial and technological ecosystems. The entity leverages the power of data, AI, and connectivity to design and deliver industrial performance at scale with innovative solutions that will generate new revenue streams.

Examples of missions:

• Monitoring cocoa prices to negotiate Nesquik at the best price for a distribution leader, strengthening border controls using new biometric & technological solutions.

Enterprise data & analytics:

Enables companies to exploit the exhaustiveness of their data sources, serving the steering of all their processes at scale, in order to optimize the performance of the company and its employees, while anticipating risks. This involves leveraging automation and AI, designing and deploying data factories, and spreading a real data culture, which will allow for reducing Time to Market and fostering innovation.

Example of mission:

• Building a high-performing team of experts in various fields such as data strategy, analytics & AI use cases, intelligent automation, economic intelligence, and data governance, and we leverage these capabilities to solve complex problems in various sectors.

Frog data & analytics:

Exploits data and AI to derive insights capable of optimizing the company's marketing strategy and its execution, improving sales efficiency, engaging customers, and thus generating new revenue through all "end-to-end" components of the company.

Examples of missions:

• Definition of short and medium-term data strategy in connection with Marketing / sales / customer relations / communication Directors, Chief Data Officer, and IT teams.
• Identification of data use cases for business lines, specifying them, then managing their deployment in relation with the data science, design, innovation, and IT teams.

Who are we looking for?

As part of this Data & AI Strategy Consultant position, we are looking for a candidate for this role who presents the following profile:

• You are in your 4th or 5th year of Business school, engineering school, or university, you have a strong appetite for subjects related to business transformations and digital innovation,
• You are rigorous, reliable, and possess an excellent ability to synthesize. You take full responsibility and put energy into the subjects entrusted to you.
• You possess a very good culture of data, its use cases, and the entire project life cycle.
• You possess analytical and synthesis skills, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and good written and oral communication skills.
• You are enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial spirit, you have a fluent level of English and you are mobile; you are ready to implement your ability to work in project mode and in a team for the service of our clients.
• Gifted with strong intellectual curiosity, a great capacity for adaptation, and good interpersonal skills, you are open to the startup ecosystem and curious about innovative approaches.
