Your Missions: Do you want to define the technical directions of complex naval projects and support the growth of multidisciplinary engineering teams? Join Capgemini Engineering to play a key role in the structuring, management, and performance of our naval activities.

The main missions are as follows:

• Guarantee the quality and compliance of technical deliverables,
• Participate in pre-sales and responses to calls for tender,

• Lead technical reviews and ensure business coordination,
• Manage, structure, and develop the skills of technical teams,
• Be the technical point of contact for clients, partners, and management.

Your Profile:

• Master's degree (BAC+5), engineer or university equivalent, ideally with an option/specialization in the Naval sector (surface vessels, submarines),
• You have at least 10 years of experience in naval engineering or complex mechanics, including significant experience in technical management or managing engineering teams,
• You possess significant experience in the design and mechanical sizing of structures. You have proven skills in multi-disciplinary engineering as well as proven experience in driving technical strategy and leading multi-disciplinary engineering governance,
• You master the challenges related to naval architecture, systems integration, and the sizing of complex structures,
• Deep mastery of CAD tools, ideally in a CATIA, SolidWorks, or 3DExperience environment,

• Experience in technical supervision and writing design justification files,
• You possess excellent writing and synthesis skills,

• Proficiency in written/spoken English required.
