Your Missions: Do you want to put your technical expertise at the service of complex naval projects and contribute to the development of high value-added solutions? Join our teams and act as a Naval Technical Reference. You will support engineering teams in the design, coordination, and securing of technical choices throughout the projects. As a Naval Technical Reference, you are responsible for the technical consistency of projects and support teams in finding suitable solutions. Your main missions are as follows:

• Guarantee the quality and compliance of technical deliverables, ensuring respect for requirements, applicable regulations, and naval sector standards;
• Coordinate technical activities and support teams in resolving encountered issues;
• Ensure the consistency of technical choices and contribute to the necessary decision-making for the smooth running of projects;
• Analyze technical risks, propose suitable solutions, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions;
• Share your expertise and participate in the skill development of teams through your support and feedback.

Your Profile:

• You are a graduate of an engineering school or hold a Master's level university degree, with a specialization in naval architecture, mechanics, structures, or an equivalent technical field;
• You have 10 years of experience in design, mechanical sizing, or the study of complex structures, ideally in the naval sector;
• You master the principles of mechanical design, naval architecture, naval design, naval structure sizing, and technical analysis;
• You have a professional level of English allowing you to operate in an international environment;
• Your analytical mind, your ability to maintain perspective, your interpersonal skills, and your technical leadership allow you to unite teams around relevant solutions.

As the position may require access to information subject to national defense secrecy, the selected person may be subject to a security clearance procedure, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2311-1 et seq. of the Code de la défense and the IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE of August 09, 2021.
