Your missions: Join our teams and contribute to the deployment of quality processes in the Defense sector. You will work on high-value-added projects in Plessis-Robinson. Your objective will be to improve processes and operational performance.
Your missions will be to:
o Organize and lead events to promote a quality culture. o Design and deploy communication materials for the teams. o Drive the implementation of the 5S methodology in the relevant areas. o Support teams in the application of quality best practices. o Contribute to continuous improvement projects in order to optimize processes and operational performance.
Your profile: o You hold an engineering school degree or a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in quality, operational excellence, or continuous improvement. o You have at least four years of experience in the Defense sector and are familiar with industrial environments. o You are familiar with quality standards, ideally AS9100. o You master Lean tools and continuous improvement methods, particularly the 5S methodology. o You have a B2/C1 English level. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and initiative. Your communication and facilitation skills allow you to mobilize teams.
