Commercial transport (M/F)
Job Description:
As part of a replacement, we are recruiting a Field Sales Representative (M/F) to support the development of our agency.
Your main mission will be to develop and retain a client portfolio while actively contributing to the conquest of new markets in the fields of transport, logistics, and associated services.
What you will do.
Commercial DevelopmentActively prospect your sector to identify new opportunitiesDevelop your client portfolio in defined business sectorsRespond to calls for tenders and build tailored commercial proposalsNegotiate commercial conditions and close deals.
Client Management and RetentionEnsure the follow-up and development of an existing portfolioUnderstand client needs and propose adapted solutionsMaintain a long-term relationship of trustGuarantee a high level of satisfaction and service quality
Management of your activityMonitor your commercial objectives (Turnover, margin)Ensure weekly reporting of your activity***Collaborate with internal teams (exploitation, affrètement) to guarantee service quality
Your daily routine3 out of 5 days in the field (clients, prospects, construction sites)Regular travel within the national territoryOccasional travel to Benelux and Germany.Autonomy in organizing your schedule
Profile Description:
This position is for you if: You have a good knowledge of the transport and logistics market on a European scale.You possess technical knowledge in specialized transport, handling, and crane arm lifting.You are familiar with the environment of public works, networks, or industrial construction sites.You master BtoB prospecting, negotiation, and commercial development techniques.You are able to quickly understand the technical and operational challenges of your clients.You master professional English and are able to exchange, negotiate, and ensure commercial follow-up with international interlocutors.You enjoy being in the field, client contact, and the conquest of new markets.***You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of initiative.
An appreciated plus: experience in the sectors of exceptional transport, lifting, energy networks (gas, electricity, water), pipelines, or public works.
