MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and other tools in the Office Package, must have mastery and aptitude for preparing reports and pivot table charts in Microsoft Excel.

Language: Intermediate level English. Proficiency in the foreign language will be proven through a company statement or a course completion certificate and/or training.

For technical support professionals for CLIENT INSPECTION, basic knowledge in industrial painting activities; fabrication and assembly of metallic piping; fabrication and assembly of metallic structures is mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

Up to 4 years of experience as a Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Technician in large-scale projects in the oil and gas or industrial industry.

EDUCATION

Education Level: Technical Level

  • Mechanical Technician; or
  • Electrotechnical Technician; or
  • Industrial Automation Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support interaction between contractor teams, service providers, and the client;
  • Monitor service progress daily and report to inspection;
  • Assist in proposing actions to meet scope and deadlines, helping in activity control;
  • Contribute to planning, helping in the creation of monthly and bimonthly micro-plans;
  • Inform about threats to scope/deadline and record them in the RAM;
  • Support the preparation of reports and ensure their submission for evaluation;
  • Collaborate on activity scheduling with the planning team, ensuring resources;
  • Monitor and adjust the planning provided by the client, maintaining communication with the teams;
  • Participate in daily meetings to collect information and adjust service scheduling;
  • Conduct daily meetings to update on the status of services and identify impediments;
  • Support the analysis of the project S-curve and the identification of action plans;
  • Share information with the Scheduling and Control team and assist in issuing weekly reports;
  • Assist in the quality of information for the Monthly Progress Report (RAM);
  • Participate in field audits and inspections to ensure compliance;
  • Control the documentation necessary for services and records of non-conformities;
  • Assist inspection and contractor professionals in monitoring activities;
  • Assist in ensuring the supply of goods and services necessary for maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, predictive, etc.), integrity, and change, collaborating in receiving the reservation and verifying material availability in stock, in addition to supporting purchase requests when necessary;
  • Support the monitoring of the procurement of goods and services.
