Your tasks
ATTRIBUTIONS
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training;
- Analyze proposed action plans and procedures and issue opinions with improvement proposals;
- Issue event analysis reports identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions according to safety best practices;
- Provide technical advisory to the client;
- Support and guide activities by providing appropriate guidelines, instructions, and support. Review of safety reports;
- Conduct safety audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety standards. This involves workplace inspections, verifying adherence to operational procedures, evaluating safety equipment, and identifying potential safety risks;
- Monitor operational fronts when requested;
- Provide technical support for contract supervision to verify compliance with SMS Annex requirements.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency related to the offshore oil and gas industry in fire prevention and firefighting processes;
- Mastery of MS-Office Suite;
- Knowledge of technical English;
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 and ISO 55000, NFPA, SOLAS standards, as well as their correlations;
- Knowledge of Equipment Inspection.
EDUCATION
- Education Level: Higher Education;
- Degree: Engineering (any emphasis);
- CBSP Basic platform safety course;
- T-HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) OPITO certified: only for offshore helicopter boarding;
- NR-35.
