Planning Engineer - Remote - 103735
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced knowledge of MS Project.
- Intermediate knowledge of Primavera Risk Analysis software.
- Basic knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Logical and analytical capacity.
- Proactivity and Resolutiveness.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Negotiation and articulation with team members and external parties.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite software.
EXPERIENCE
4 (four) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services, subject to approval by the contract supervision.
EDUCATION
Higher Education in: Engineering, with regular registration in the respective professional council.
The professional must have: (a) PRINCE2 Practitioner certification; or (b) PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification; or (c) PMI-RMP® (Risk Management Professional) certification; or PMI-SP® (Schedule Professional) certification; or (d) AACE-PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) certification; or (e) AACE-PRMP (Project Risk Management Professional) certification; or (f) equivalent training (Post-Graduate Lato-Sensu), subject to prior approval by the contract supervision; or (g) equivalent certification subject to prior approval by the contract supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Structure the project's physical schedule;
- Generate project physical progress reports to support the PM, as well as milestones to be achieved in the short, medium, and long term;
- Participate in meetings and workshops to define and monitor the physical schedule, using the indicated planning and control tool;
- Use the Company's existing schedule and risk management standards;
- Participate in qualitative risk analysis and quantitative schedule and cost analysis workshops;
- Issue probabilistic results for milestone achievement, based on a quantitative analysis of schedules and costs;
- Use the corporate system for registering risks and response plans;
- Perform follow-up with those responsible for identified risks and action plans registered in the corporate system, including analysis, control, monitoring with those involved, handling of pending items, and plans for backlog clearance, periodically informing the project manager;
- And other similar activities of the same complexity and scope.
