MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • PostgreSQL (relational modeling, query optimization, indexes, explain/analyze).
  • JavaScript (ES6), HTML and CSS for frontend development.
  • Integration with external services (REST/SOAP or WSDL; resilient consumption).

EDUCATION

Higher education degree in Administration (CBO 2521-05), Engineering (CBO 214), Accounting (CBO 2522-10), Law (CBO 2410), Economics (CBO 2512-05), Information Technology Analysis (CBO 2124), or Information Technology Administrator (CBO 2123), or Statistics (CBO 2112) or other areas related to the specialty as long as validated by contract management

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge in Python (automation, data manipulation, integration via APIs)
  • Notions of data governance and data quality
  • Familiarity with APLAT
  • Familiarity with offshore processes (crew scheduling, POB, VCP)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and evolve REST APIs with Flask or FastAPI (versioning, validation, serialization).
  • Automate processes using Selenium, VBA, PowerApp and PowerAutomate, integrating systems and optimizing routines.
  • Manipulate and transform data with pandas, performing analyses and reports.
  • Develop and maintain queries and models in PostgreSQL (indexes, transactions, consistent migrations).
  • Create responsive web interfaces with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Integrate and monitor synchronization routines with external systems (e.g.: SAP, REST/SOAP).
  • Ensure integrity and security of the permissions and profiles system.
  • Review PRs, propose architectural improvements and follow internal standards (lint, app structure, internationalization).
  • Diagnose and optimize performance bottlenecks (DB, IO, memory, queries).
  • Document: endpoints, critical flows, technical decisions and diagrams (C4 / technical README’s).
  • Ensure observability (structured logs, metrics and exception handling).
