Director of Central Services (M/F)

About the company

In a context of growth and structuring of our organization, we are looking for our Director of Central Services M/F to guarantee the performance, consistency, and security of key support functions: Finance, RSE, Legal, Real Estate, and General Services. Within our department, you will steer and evolve existing systems in order to strengthen risk management, optimize processes, and promote transversality, in service of the Group's growth in France and internationally. More specifically, your main missions will be:

Your tasks

• Define and lead the global strategy of support functions, by steering their performance and ensuring their alignment with the Group's growth ambitions;
• Structure a demanding and secure Group policy, by anticipating risks and guaranteeing the compliance of activities in a multi-country environment;
• Orchestrate the management of economic performance, by strengthening reporting and informing strategic decisions to secure key investments and operations;
• Lead organizational transformation, by strengthening transversality, optimizing processes, and developing a culture of operational excellence;
• Embody RSE and ESG commitments, by sustainably integrating these issues at the heart of decisions and driving a dynamic of continuous improvement across the Group.

Requirements

An experienced leader, you have a higher education background (engineering school, business school, or university - Master's degree) and have a proven track record of at least 10 years in managing support functions or complex organizations, ideally acquired in demanding environments such as engineering or construction. Accustomed to operating at high levels of responsibility, you are directly exposed to governance, economic performance, and operational security issues. You possess solid expertise in finance and/or legal (business law), allowing you to arbitrate strategic decisions and support ambitious growth trajectories. Comfortable in international and multi-entity environments, you master the logic of organizational structuring and transversal management. You operate fluently in English within a professional framework. Recognized for your leadership, strategic vision, and ability to unite, you know how to bring multiple issues together and engage various stakeholders around a common ambition.
