Project Director - HTB M/F (M/F)

In a context of growth and structuring around our major projects, we are looking for a Project Director in the HTB field for our Paris agency.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take charge of directing our design & construction projects, with global responsibility for the technical, financial, and contractual performance of the project.

More specifically, your main missions will be:

• Strategic project management: defining objectives (quality, costs, deadlines, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization, contracting),
• Team coordination and animation: structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and ensuring a positive and collaborative working climate,
• Operational monitoring and reporting: supervising project progress (schedule, budget, risks), in connection with the PMO, and feeding steering committees,
• Guaranteeing compliance with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements,
• Ensuring a strong and lasting link with clients throughout the project and representing the company to external partners,
• Contributing to the evolution of project management practices and supporting internal transformations.

With a background in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), you have at least 10 years of experience in directing complex multi-disciplinary projects in the building or industrial installations field.

Recognized for your leadership, you know how to manage large-scale projects by coordinating diverse teams of specialists.

Mastering analytical management and the anticipation of risks and opportunities, you have worked on international projects where you were able to develop your English both in writing and speaking.

Working primarily from a site base, as close to the construction site as possible, you have a high openness to travel on a national scale.
