Senior Buyer (M/F)

Your tasks

To support our development as a general contractor, we are recruiting a Senior Buyer (M/F).

Reporting to the Regional Purchasing Manager, your mission will be to manage purchasing for our turnkey projects in connection with the Project Management Department.

More specifically, you will be required to:

• Identify and qualify partners (construction companies, technical equipment suppliers) capable of supporting us on our projects.
• Manage tenders for all project lots in collaboration with the technical teams.
• Develop purchasing expertise (benchmarking, price breakdown, etc.) and supplier partnerships for your segments as a Lead Buyer.
• Research and implement sustainable and responsible purchasing solutions.
• Negotiate contractual terms with our subcontracting partners in collaboration with our legal department.
• Lead commercial negotiations for partner offers.
• Support the company's transformation projects (digitalization, new Purchasing tools and processes).

Requirements

With a Master's degree (BAC+5) specializing in purchasing or ideally a dual engineering/purchasing background, you have significant experience in a similar position within the building sector.

Autonomous, you possess strong interpersonal and responsibility skills. Recognized for your communication abilities as well as your rigor, you have developed a sharp sense of negotiation and strong analytical skills. Proficient in the Office Pack, you have a professional level of English.
