Mechanical Engineer

CaO Hellas is looking for a creative and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team at the Thessaloniki factory. The candidate will contribute to the organization, development, and implementation of industrial projects that combine innovation and efficiency. Main responsibilities: Analysis and optimization of existing structures and systems to improve functionality and efficiency Management of production projects, from the idea phase to implementation Support for the procurement department for supplier selection (drafting technical descriptions, providing all necessary technical information to suppliers, evaluating submitted bids), preparation of agreements Supervision of contractors and scheduling, coordination of works to ensure the smooth operation of factory departments and problem-solving Design of mechanical structures and industrial equipment Required Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering 3-5 years of experience in industry Knowledge of industrial materials and manufacturing methods Ability to work both independently and in teams Foreign language English
