Lead. Coach. Grow. Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee multiple beauty & wellness outlets, drive sales performance, and build strong, high-performing retail teams.

🔥 What You'll Be Doing

• Lead sales performance across multiple outlets and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and develop Centre Managers to improve sales, productivity and customer experience.
• Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts and performance trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence, inventory control and compliance with SOPs.
• Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and events.
• Build, retain and develop strong teams through coaching and succession planning.

💼 What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in retail operations or sales management.
• Experience managing multiple outlets / locations , preferably in beauty, aesthetics, wellness or salon .
• Strong sales leadership and people management track record.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage .
• Customer-focused, commercially driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
