IT Procurement Executive

📍 Singapore | Permanent An established technology business is looking for an IT Procurement Executive to support its growing procurement function. What You'll Do Source and purchase IT hardware, equipment and services Manage suppliers, quotations, and commercial negotiations Raise POs and track orders and deliveries Resolve supplier and product-related issues Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse & Operations on related tasks Maintain accurate procurement records What We're Looking For Diploma or equivalent in procurement, business, IT or related disciplines 2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably within the IT sector Good understanding of IT hardware/products is an advantage Strong communication, negotiation and vendor management skills 💡 IT professionals with limited procurement experience but good IT product knowledge are welcome to apply. 📩 Interested?
