We are looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to support daily centre operations and deliver a great customer experience! 🎵
What you’ll do
- Front-desk customer service (students & parents)
- Handle enquiries, registrations, scheduling & payments
- Recommend suitable programmes & support enrolment
- Assist in centre operations, events & workshops
- Manage feedback and service recovery
What we’re looking for
- Customer service / retail / education experience: a major plus ✔ Good communication & interpersonal skills ✔ Comfortable working on both weekends ✔ Positive, outgoing & service-oriented personality ✔ Able to work across island-wide centres if needed for operation needs
