We’re looking for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations and lead a small team across various sites islandwide. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality service, safety and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise cleaning crew for daily, ad-hoc and periodic jobs
- Perform hands-on cleaning and ensure high hygiene standards
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor machines, carpet extractors and high-pressure washers
- Assign and coordinate duties for the team
- Monitor work quality and ensure required cleaning standards are met
- Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure the team follows proper safety practices
- Drive the company vehicle to various locations islandwide
- Perform other duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 3/3A driving licence
- Prior cleaning experience is an advantage
- Good service attitude with strong attention to cleanliness
- Safety-conscious and responsible
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable leading and managing a small team
