Cinema Service Crew (Central)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
• Assist with ticketing, ticket checks, and directing guests to cinema halls.
• Prepare and serve popcorn, snacks, and beverages at concession counters.
• Handle customer enquiries and assist with basic service issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of cinema halls, counters, and common areas.
• Replenish stocks and assist with basic inventory checks.
• Follow operational, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Support daily cinema operations and promotional activities as required.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Responsible, punctual, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Comfortable performing both customer service and operational duties.
