Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role based in Sakumono. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in hotel rooms and common areas. Duties include performing laundry services, ensuring the upkeep of the property, replenishing supplies, and contributing to a welcoming environment for guests. The role also requires collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of hygiene and presentation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Laundry and maintaining clean and organized spaces Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong Organization Skills with attention to detail Experience in or willingness to participate in relevant Training activities Ability to work as part of a team and independently Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus SHS Graduate/Diploma/Degree
