Regional Go-To-Market & Launch Strategy

Adapt global product launches into regional strategies, specifying variations in country-level configurations, messaging, and timelines.

Regional Pricing Architecture & Margin Management

Set regional floor pricing, transfer pricing strategies, and click-charge baseline guidelines for ink and service contracts across ASOs & CBPs

HQ (CPP&Canon Inc) & Vendors Interface Governance

Act as the primary liaison between global headquarters (CPP & Canon Inc.), external vendors, and regional entities. Ensure all ASOs and CBPs are continuously updated with the latest product specifications, releases, and operational insights.

Portfolio optimization and Budgetary

Monitor unit sales performance per country, manage phased End-of-Life (EOL) tracks and work on quarterly budget and expense (F1, F2 and main expenses)

Sales and marketing kits development

Standardize and develop product-specific sales and marketing enablement kits for regional distribution. Deliverables encompass customer-facing collateral (brochures, presentations, print samples) and commercial decision-making tools (margin calculators and TCO toolkits).

Regional Competitive Intelligence Gathering

Analyze competitive landscapes across different countries, designing defensive sales toolkits to combat local competitors.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Print Science, or Engineering.
  • 5 to 8 years of product management experience, with a solid track record governing regional product portfolios in production printing or high-cap B2B hardware.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to manage co-workers in a team.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills, forward thinking and able to handle situations with problem solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across internal departments, regional customers and external vendors.
  • Leadership & Coaching – Able to lead, coach and develop team members, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
  • People management skills, including task delegation, workload planning and development of team members.
  • Regional pricing architecture - Able to develop and execute pricing architectures across ASOs and CBPs, ensuring alignment with market trends, product positioning strategies, and competitor pricing models.
  • Product Training & Presentations - Able to conduct professional product presentations and structured training sessions for ASOs, CBPs, and end-users to ensure comprehensive product understanding and market readiness.
