- Execute preventive maintenance and repair activities for air-conditioning systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance for fire protection systems, including pre-action valves and hydrant pumps.
- Support daily maintenance tasks and fulfill internal service requests.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum GPA of 2.50 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or building systems Strong problem-solving and technical abilities Effective teamwork and communication skills Proficiency in English
