• 3+ years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in real estate, property, architecture, or lifestyle content.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, composition, lighting, and color grading.
• Able to produce high-quality content for social media, property marketing, and brand campaigns.
• Motion graphics & animation skills are a strong plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently from concept to final output.
• Experience with drone videography is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing skills.
