Company is looking for:

Corporate Lawyer · Puerta de Hierro Zone, Zapopan, Jalisco. | Schedule Monday to Friday. | Monthly offer: $23,000 net

Profile:

We are looking for a lawyer with a professional license and experience in corporate law.

• Main activities:
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including the drafting of agreements, memorandums of understanding, and commercial agreements, such as financial leases, sales and purchases, supply, commercialization, services, among others.
• Legal analysis of contracts of American jurisdiction or legal documents.
• Follow-up of each contractual process, from planning to final signature.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law with a professional license (indispensable).
• Desirable to have a Master's degree or postgraduate studies in corporate or contractual matters.
• Previous experience in similar positions (minimum 5 years).
• Proficiency in English at the level of reading and drafting contracts.
• General knowledge in tax, anti-money laundering (PLD), corporate, and contractual matters.
• High tolerance for working under pressure, ability to coordinate multiple legal matters.
• Structured, organized person, with a good professional appearance.
• Collaborative work within the legal team and follow-up on the guidelines of their superiors.
