IT Support Engineer

Role: IT Support Engineer Location: North-West, England (onsite) Salary: £27,000-£35,000 per annum A company based in the North-West is hiring for an IT Support Engineer to support their clients remotely and onsite. You will provide high-quality support for a wide range of technologies such as WiFi, network security, Microsoft and Apple cloud systems, and mobile devices. You will be friendly, personable and enjoy not only troubleshooting client’s issues, but helping them to prepare for the future. Key Requirements: Previous experience working for an MSP or within an education IT environment (schools, academies, or trusts). Proven experience in an IT Support role (1st/2nd Line). Technical skills: Windows Server. Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams). Azure AD / Entra ID. Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP). A full UK driving licence (or equivalent) is required. Benefits: HUGE progression scope. Pay rises. Birthdays off.
