YOUR NEW TASKS

• The Operations Manager ensures smooth daily operations within the IT service environment
• In this role, you monitor operational processes that ensure the stability and performance of services
• You analyze operational data, optimize workflows, and apply your expertise in the areas of Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• You coordinate cross-departmental tasks, ensure clear communication, and design procedures that support consistent and reliable service delivery
• Using ServiceNow and reporting tools, you track performance metrics, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements
• Your focus is on structure, accuracy, and achieving practical, measurable results

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Analytical skills: Ability to evaluate complex changes and make informed decisions.
• Communication skills: Effective communication with various stakeholders, including IT teams and management.
• Attention to detail: Accuracy in reviewing changes and adhering to processes.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify potential risks and take appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Experience with ServiceNow, reporting, SLAs
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English skills (reference level B2), German skills are an advantage
