Business Developer - Industrial Projects Temporal

Job Objectives:

Develop the Industrial Projects market in El Salvador through sector and project mapping, consultative prospecting, opportunity qualification, and the coordination of integral logistics solutions for project cargo, contributing to the profitable growth of Revenue, Gross Profit (GP), and EBIT.

Studies:

Required: University studies in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Administration, International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Marketing and Sales, or related areas.

Desirable: Additional training in project management, consultative sales, project logistics, foreign trade, multimodal transport, or industrial safety.

Experience:

Required: 06 months

Desirable: 01 year and up

Ideally experience in business development, consultative B2B sales, freight forwarding, logistics, industrial projects, construction, engineering, or related sectors. Knowledge in consultative sales, market research and mapping, opportunity qualification, stakeholder management, CRM, proposal preparation, and Office 365. Intermediate English and ability to interpret commercial and technical information.
